Loss from a disaster is deeply personal, and we are focused on sharing a very genuine personal relationship with our clients to help them recover as well as rebuild. Thinking about rebuilding a home after a disaster is extremely difficult. Our history with fire recovery in the Spokane Area- We did seven replacement homes in Silver Lake/Medical Lake in 2023 at our reduced disaster fee. We got to share in hearing a lot of heartwarming stories, and it was a pleasure to give back to our community. We met a lot of amazing people, and we are excited to meet new friends and hear more amazing stories of strength and resilience!

We work with a whole team of local Contractors and also have Structural Engineer consultants for more complex projects.

We do have a very strong background in Sustainability for those of you that are looking to do greener projects. Maybe you just want to do a few things to save money and energy or to limit toxins going into your home, or maybe you want go all out and put solar on the roof!

We have a lot of suggestions to make your home more fire reststant. Metal roofs can be quite attractive these days with many new styles and lots of colors, some even look exactly like shingles. Another roof option is a light weight slate tile roof, also very fire resistant. Walls can be wrapped with hardi board siding which is a composite of concrete and wood fiber and is highly fire resistant. Home sprinkler systems are possible, but unfortunately, they are pretty spendy.

Our biggest focus is to rebuild what YOU want. This is your home. We can look through old photos and video that you may have on your phone, or ask your friends and family to send you any pictures they may have. We can also look up your address on sites like Zillow and Spokane County Scout to find pictures, floor plans, and property lines of what it looked like before. Then you decide, do you want to rebuild it exactly the way it was? Or would you like to make a few changes? Or do you want to skip all that and make somethig entirely new? The ball is in your court, we are just here to help. :)
